Organize and convene project coordination meetings to track and verify the implementation of plans in R&D, engineering, procurement, mold and other departments, and participate in the implementation of coordination and balance plans.

Familiar with the production of PFMEA, SOP, process flow, more than 1 year of experience in process control, preferred to engage in electro-acoustic products; 3. Those with 3 years of work experience need to be able to independently complete the formulation of the product process plan, and have a strong ability to analyze defective products and improve the process; 4. Can accept fresh graduates with excellent grades, CET-4, and have certain listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

1. College degree or above, major in mold design or machinery, and more than three years of experience in precision plastic mold design for electronic products; 2. Familiar with mold structure, plastic properties, steel properties and molding process, proficient in the use of mechanical drawing software, proficient in mold flow analysis is preferred; 3. Responsible for the design and maintenance of precision plastic molds and the review of the solutions for mold injection and mold trial problems, and the optimization of design standards.

Responsible for improving process capability, solving sudden abnormalities in the production line, optimizing new product processes, analyzing and reporting on process capability.

1. According to the company's quality management requirements, formulate the company's quality policy and determine the company's quality goals, and lead the quality assurance department to complete the specified quality goals; 2.
