Project manager (1 person)

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of project management experience, experience in the electro-acoustic industry is preferred, and strong organizational, management, communication, coordination, and innovation capabilities are required; 2. Responsible for department structure, system construction and daily affairs management, drafting and implementing the company's new product development and key project management system, tracking and implementing the progress of new product development and key improvement projects, ensuring quality and quantity completion on schedule; 3. Organize and convene project coordination meetings to track and verify the implementation of plans in R&D, engineering, procurement, mold and other departments, and participate in the implementation of coordination and balance plans.

Project management engineer (1 person)

1. College degree or above; one year or above project-related work experience, communication skills, strong execution, ability to write 8D reports is preferred; 2. In the early stage of the project, confirm its needs with the customer, organize the internal plan according to the customer's needs, and formulate the development plan with the internal units of the company after the project is established; 3. Follow up the whole development process, try samples, mass production plans, etc., follow up the whole process of product development, and coordinate and solve the problems of various units.

Acoustic engineer (3 person)

1. Master's degree or above, major in acoustics, master's degree from 985 school, and bachelor's degree or above 211 school 2. Acoustics majors in Nanjing University, Ocean University of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other colleges and universities are preferred, and the treatment is favorable.

Structural engineer (2 persons)

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical design, proficient in using ProE surface + sheet metal, Auto CAD related drawing software; 2. Responsible for the preliminary structure design and evaluation of new products, familiar with the molding methods of plastic molds and hardware molds is preferred; 3. Responsible for the production of technical data and confirmation of parts, verification of new processes, trial production of new products and introduction of mass production.

Tooling engineer (1 person)

 Time of issue: : 2021-06--24

1. College degree or above, major in engineering, electronic product tooling, fixture design work experience, work experience in electro-acoustic industry is preferred; 2. Be able to use PROE, CAD drawing software proficiently, be familiar with new product tooling structure design, and have been engaged in tooling design for more than 3 years.
